Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@iijshop.co. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- Your stickers are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- You received the wrong stickers.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or partially used sticker sheets or packs.
- On sale items or gift card purchases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new stickers.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your stickers must be in the same condition that you received them: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@iijshop.co.
